1. Introduction

The "Make Memories" campaign is a digital engagement contest exclusively for passengers traveling in select Vande Bharat trains where A Square Media holds exclusive digital advertising rights on LED screens inside the coaches. Participation in this contest shall be deemed to imply acceptance of all the terms and conditions set forth below.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Only passengers with a valid journey ticket and PNR traveling on Vande Bharat trains covered under A Square Media’s digital media rights are eligible to participate.
• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, directors, and associates of A Square Media and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Participation Guidelines

• Participants must scan the QR code displayed on LED screens inside the eligible Vande Bharat trains to access the contest registration form.
• During registration, participants must provide:
  • A valid PNR number
  • Their Instagram handle
  • A selfie taken inside the Vande Bharat train
• The selfie must be uploaded to Instagram with the hashtag: #MakeMemoriesWithVandeBharat and tag A Square Media's official Instagram handle.
• Only one entry per journey/P.N.R. is allowed.

4. Judging Criteria & Prize

• The Instagram post with the highest engagement (likes, comments, shares) at the end of the campaign period will be evaluated for the prize.
• Engagement will be measured using internal tools and at the sole discretion of A Square Media.
• The prize details will be announced on A Square Media's official platforms and are subject to change without notice.

5. Disqualification

A Square Media reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Submits incorrect or fake information
• Posts inappropriate or offensive content
• Uses bots, paid promotions, or any unethical means to inflate engagement
• Violates Instagram community guidelines

6. Modifications & Termination

• A Square Media reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• Terms and conditions may be updated or amended at the discretion of A Square Media.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• By participating, the applicant grants A Square Media the right to reuse, repost, or publish the submitted content (selfies, Instagram posts, handles) across its digital, outdoor, or offline platforms for promotional purposes, without any additional consent or compensation.

8. Indemnification & Liability

• Participants agree to indemnify A Square Media, its owners, employees, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising due to participation in this campaign.
• A Square Media shall not be held responsible for:
  • Technical errors, server issues, or Instagram downtime
  • Misuse of personal data by third-party platforms
  • Any personal injury or loss incurred during participation

9. Privacy Policy

10. Jurisdiction
